KJWH 4/6 Hi Leveler Straightening Machine for 0.6-6 mm Thickness Metal Sheet
I.Introduction of straightening machine
Automatic leveler machine has two pinching rolls at the entrance side of the machine, they can transport the plates.leveler machine a special equipment for mental material working. It is used for straightening curling simplified sheet in cold condition and uneven sheet in cold condition and uneven sheet (carbon ,stainless plate,aluminums sheet and other metal plate) It may accord to the relative equipment or opening straightening ,cutting production line and other metal sheet materials producing lines and be suitable for machinery ,vehicles, metal production ,household appliances, steel structure, ornament.
II.straightening machine for cut to length line
Our CNC automatic cut-to-length production line is high-speed and precise with workstations for uncoiling, straightening, measuring, cross-cutting to length and folding. The machine consists of feeding truck, assisting support, decoiler, hydraulic shear, leveler, stop block, encoder scale, plate shearing machine, conveying table, pneumatic stacker, output trolley, hydraulic system and so on. The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display. We mainly apply computer-control system of brands Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Siemens, Baumueller, Delta, and Schneider. The thickness for material can be from 0.2MM to 25MM, width from 600MM to 2500MM, load weight above 25T, cutting precision 0.5MM/M, line speed 60M/Min.
III.straightening machine for slitting line
slitting line is named with KJS code with workstations for uncoiling, slitting cut and rolling. It consists of feeding trolley, assisting support, decoiler, pincher, straightener, slitting cutter, edging machine, tensional machine, recoiler machine, coil car, hydraulic system and so on. The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display. We mainly apply computer-control system of brands Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Siemens, Baumueller, Delta, and Schneider. The thickness of material can be from 0.15MM to 16MM, width from 600MM to 2500MM, quantity from 6 to 30 pieces, highest precision ±0.05MM and speed 200M/min.
