KJH20 Economical Low Speed Light Gauge Cut To Length Line Without Loop Pit 

I. General Introduction of cut to length line

KJH20 series is an economic cut to length line machine developed by KINGJIME MACHINE for some customers in a small factory. The machine can do uncoiling, leveling, measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking work. It is a compact Coil Line principle revolves around combining the functions of coil line, decoiling, flattening and feeding of the material. This is typically achieved utilizing several configurations, a straightener/feeder unit along with a motorized uncoiler; a straightener/feeder unit along with a powered coil car and a servo feed/pull through straightener and motorized uncoiler. The line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with surface coating.
Cut to length line is controlled by NC servo system. It has PLC controlled the length measurement. The information of length, shearing numbers and speed can be input to the PLC systems. When the need shearing length is reached, the machine can cut automatically. The line speed can be adjusted, it has a measuring with high precision, and whole line can work automatically and operate easily, smooth sheet can be made.
