KINGJIME Slitting Line KJS120 2-1300 for CR SS sheet goes into operation in Iran
KJS120 series NC precision slitting production line is for material 6mm thick, 2000mm width of coil, with speed 120m/min, cutting strips 30 pieces.
The machine consists of coil car, uncoiler, straightener, loop 1, slitting machine, scrap winder, loop ll, tension unit (pad tension/belt bridle tension), belt bridle, recoiler, assistant support, exit coil car, hydraulic system, electrical system etc.
With computer display, the whole line is controlled by PLC which is one of the brands including Mitsubishi, Siemens, and servo motor/inverter/electronic brand from Yaskawa, Delta, and Schneider.
Belt bridle tension the precision surface requirements with a big cost saving.
For Metals: carbon steel, galvanized steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, pre-painted steel, aluminum etc.
